Volunteer
Asian Youth Leaders Organization (AYLO) welcomes passionate volunteers to gain valuable experience with our community works. Volunteerism is not just about helping others and showing that we care; It also provides an opportunity to develop new skills, build on existing experience and knowledge, and forge a closer bond with the community.
Internship
AYLO provides internships for motivated undergraduate/graduate students with diverse backgrounds. The internship will enhance the intern's educational experience through practical work and/or research in various professional fields. The internship is also an opportunity to improve the intern's analytical, technical, operating skills in an international environment.
Ambassador
AYLO invites undergraduate/graduate students to serve as youth ambassadors at our international events/programs. Ambassadors will have the chance to meet, interact, and make friends with young people from all over the world, while at the same time developing their own interpersonal, presentation, and leadership skills.
Traineeship/Fellowship
AYLO offers qualified volunteers/interns/ambassadors to join our traineeship to build foundational professional skills and a deep understanding of our organizational mission. Outstanding performers in the Traineeship are invited to advance to our Fellowship - a project leadership role focused on developing specialized expertise. This role is a direct stepping stone to a full-time position at AYLO for those who demonstrate excellence and alignment with our values.
