Asian Youth Leaders Organization (AYLO) drives unity, innovation, and leadership across Asia’s youth and beyond. Through our global initiatives, we empower the next generation by harmonizing cultural, academic, and social diversity while promoting excellence, well-being, and sustainable progress.

 

Our flagship initiatives include:

• Asian Civilizations Institute (ACI) – Researches and preserves Asia’s heritage, connecting ancient traditions with modern insights to deepen cultural understanding.

• Asian Youth Leaders Academy (AYLA) – Cultivates the next generation of leaders through immersive experiences at Asia’s top universities, combining intellectual excellence with real-world leadership training.

• Asian Youth Leaders Humanity Initiative (AYLHI) – Invites young leaders to reclaim their humanity in the age of artificial intelligence — reminding the next generation that before we are technologists, we are human.

• Global Center for Happiness and Positivity (GCHP) – Advances youth mental health, resilience, and well-being through positive psychology for a happier generation.
