Asian Youth Leaders Talent Project (AYLTP) is the flagship youth program that nurtures Asia's brightest talents to become impactful future leaders.

Host Country: The United Arab Emirates (UAE)

The Asian Youth Leaders Talent Project 2026 will be hosted in the United Arab Emirates, a dynamic federation renowned as a global crossroads for business, innovation, and culture. Our journey will span two of its most influential emirates: the futuristic metropolis of Dubai and the cultural capital of Abu Dhabi. This intentional dual-city format is designed to be a living classroom. Participants will engage with contrasting yet complementary models of success—from Dubai's audacious ambition to Abu Dhabi's cultural growth. This immersive experience provides an unparalleled opportunity to witness the strategies and leadership principles that have propelled the UAE onto the world stage, offering critical insights for our impactful future leaders.

Participation & Eligibility

The Asian Youth Leaders Talent Project is an exclusive, by-invitation program. Participation is extended to students, faculty, and staff from our curated network of global partner universities and schools.

Nominated participants must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age at the time of the program.

  • Be in good health and physically capable of fully participating in all program activities.

  • Possess the maturity to thrive in a collaborative, international environment.

Enrollment Procedure

Step 1: Delegation Nomination

  • Partner institutions nominate their selected participants and submit a single, completed nomination Excel file with all participant details directly to the AYLTP team.

Step 2: Admission and Confirmation

  • After receiving the nomination file, we will issue a formal invoice. The delegation confirms its participation by settling the Program Fee by the specified deadline.

Step 3: Preparation and Departure

  • Participants arrange necessary travel documents (visa, if applicable), air tickets, and travel insurance. Receive the exclusive AYLTP Handbook and embark on the journey.​

Certificate

At the end of the program, participants will receive a Certificate of Merit.

Program Fee

Please note that the minimum delegation size required is 20 participants.

  • Delegation of 20-29 participants: USD $1,380 per participant

  • Delegation of 30-39 participants: USD $1,280 per participant

  • Delegation of 40+ participants:    USD $1,180 per participant

Fees Description

  • The fee is charged per participant.

  • The Program Fee covers:​

- university/government visit

- lessons, study tours, workshops, field studies

- teamwork & leadership, cultural immersion/community engagement

- 4 nights' accommodation

- 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches

- 1 welcome dinner, 1 farewell dinner

- airport pick-up & drop-off

- local transportation between program sessions

- teaching and administrative materials

The fee excludes air tickets, visa fee (if applicable), travel insurance and all personal expenses.

Payment Methods

Online Payment or Bank Transfer: payment instructions will be sent together with the invoice.

 

Refund Policy​​

For withdrawals made 45 days or more before the program start date (exclude day 45, UTC+8 Time Zone) with a valid reason, 50% of the program fee will be refunded. The program fee is non-refundable if the participant withdraws within 45 days of the program start date.

Kindly note the receiving bank may deduct an administrative fee from any refunded amount.

Visa

Participants must carry a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity. Citizens of certain countries require a visa to enter the UAE. Participants are solely responsible for applying for and obtaining their own visas.

 

Transportation

Participants are responsible for booking their international flights to and from Dubai. Airport pick-up and drop-off will be provided at Dubai International Airport (DXB) within a specified time window. All local transportation between official program sessions is included.

 

Accommodation

4 nights' accommodation is included for all participants. Rooms are on a twin-sharing basis. Participants arriving early or extending their stay must make their own hotel arrangements.

 

Food

The program includes 4 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 1 welcome dinner, and 1 farewell dinner. Participants are responsible for all other meals.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants. Coverage must include, but is not limited to:

  • lost or damaged luggage

  • sudden trip cancellation

  • personal accident coverage

  • medical expenses and emergency

  • travel delay (including those caused by natural disasters)
